Moe Bridges "Acorn & Oak Leaf Slip Shade Chandelier $1295.00 This is a great signed "Moe Bridges" slip shade chandelier that dates from the 1930s. It's in excellent condition and has a tremendous amount of detail throughout. Unlike most slip shade fixtures this one leans more towards the arts & crafts style rather than art deco. It has a fabulous acorn and oak leaf motif throughout as well as shield and crown accents. Have a good look at this one folks....it is truly a well thought out and executed chandelier....definitely one of my favorites as far as slip shade fixtures go. The fixture has an antique bronze polychrome finish....their are some green and red highlights on the embossed shields of the frame. This shield and crown motif is repeated on the amber glass shades along with a cross hatched pattern. I also love the way the bottom and the sides of the frame are pierced to let light shine through.....absolutely stunning when lit. The chandelier is rewired with new sockets and is ready to go. The fixture will hang 30" from the ceiling and can be adjusted by adding or removing some chain. The overall diameter is 16". This chandelier will stand out in any room you put it in.
