The lamp is in excellent original condition with the exception of some minor paint loss to the shade here and there which is being mentioned for accuracy. The paint loss seems to be primarily in the red flowers area. The paint does not seem to be flaking or deteriorating any further....this paint loss may have been caused by someone using too hot of a bulb in the past. In the photos you may see some white areas here and there which was caused by glare....this was a hard lamp to photograph because the shade is so contoured.

We cannot find any signature on the shade but the art work speaks for itself and it is a well documented style and shape. The brass base is signed on the bottom "PAIRPOINT MFG CO" with the letter "P" symbol enclosed by a diamond. It has a model number which reads "C3024". The shade is 8" in diameter and is without any chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. It has it's original spider and original "BRYANT" Saturn style pull chain socket which is patent dated 1907. This lamp is all original with the exception of a new cloth covered cord and new plug. Please contact us for more photos and details.
